You can submit names to the temple prayer roll online. https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/temples/prayer-roll?lang=eng Those with a special relationship or interest may submit the names of up to 5 individuals per request who are sick or otherwise afflicted and are in need of the faith and prayers of temple patrons. Names remain on the prayer roll for two weeks.
